The Boarding Log report lists pets arriving, departing, or both for a selected date, helping your team prepare for check-ins and check-outs. It excludes pets in the middle of their stay; for a list of all scheduled pets, use the Roll Call report under Reports, Occupancy.

Business Intelligence Reports in Kennel Connection bring revenue, service usage, client growth, upcoming bookings, and unpaid balances into one reporting suite. These reports help you spot trends, understand what drives repeat business, and plan staffing and capacity so you can make informed decisions and improve profitability.

The Elimination Report in Kennel Connection gives your team a printable sheet to record pets’ bathroom habits and monitor their care. Entries made on the printed report aren’t saved in the software, so manually add notes to the pet card if you want a lasting record.

The Timesheet report in Kennel Connection helps you track employee hours. If it won’t print because a punch-in time or date comes after the punch-out, correcting the entry allows the report to calculate hours and print so you can review staff time accurately.

The Groomer Report lists an employee’s Bath, Groom, Nails, and Others appointments, with appointment rates, daily totals, and a grand total to help you review their scheduled work. Rates come from appointments, not invoices or commissions. Currently, run it for one employee at a time, as the all-employee option shows $0 prices.

The Move Pet report shows when pets need to move to a different run during their stay. When one run isn’t available for the full appointment, this report helps your team coordinate moves so you can accommodate the pet and make the most of your available space.

The New Customer List report shows which customers were added to Kennel Connection during a selected date range, helping you track growth and follow up with new clients. Filter by appointment status to see who has already booked services and who may need a reminder to schedule.

The New Expired Vaccination Report helps you find pets with missing, expired, or soon-to-expire vaccinations across your database or among those with upcoming appointments. Flexible filters help your staff check records, contact clients for updates, and reduce check-in delays while keeping vaccination requirements on track.

The Pet Warnings Report lists pets with general or service-specific warnings, helping your team stay aware of important care notes. Print a report for scheduled pets in a specific module, or review all pets with warnings in your database to help staff prepare and provide consistent care.

The Pickup/Delivery Report in Kennel Connection shows scheduled pets and their pickup or delivery instructions, helping your team plan trips and keep details handy. Print one pet per page or all scheduled pets together, with the option to include all modules and see which module each pet is in.

The Default Groomers Report shows which pets are assigned to each grooming employee based on the defaults set on the pet card’s Grooming tab. You can print it for one employee or all employees, making it easy to review pet assignments and see each groomer’s regular clients.

The Sales Report in Kennel Connection shows invoice totals for your chosen date range, including paid, partially paid, and unpaid invoices. View detailed purchases or summary totals by category, client, employee, vet, or vendor to understand sales trends and see which services and products bring in the most revenue.

Kennel Connection’s Sales report tracks invoices, the Receipts report tracks receipts, and the Sales Tax report tracks taxed invoice items, so their totals aren’t designed to match. Understanding these differences helps you review sales, payments, and taxes accurately without mistaking normal differences for errors.

The Total Days Boarded Report shows how many boarding days or visits pets had during a selected date range, sorted by longest appointment or most visits. Print it for one pet or all pets to review boarding activity and identify frequent guests.
