Adding documents to pet and client cards
The Documents feature in Kennel Connection lets you store vaccination records, signed contracts, evaluations, and other files directly on client and pet cards. Keeping documents with the right record helps your staff find important information quickly, reduce paperwork, and stay organized.
Managing Client and Pet Documents
The Documents feature allows you to securely store and organize important files directly on client and pet records, creating a centralized location for your staff to access information when needed. Whether you're managing vaccination records, signed contracts, evaluations, or other important documents, attaching files to the appropriate record helps reduce paperwork, improve organization, and ensure important information is always easy to find.

Viewing Client Documents from a Pet Record
When viewing the Documents tab on a pet's record, you'll see:
- Documents uploaded specifically for that pet.
- A separate section displaying documents attached to the pet's owner.
Tip: This makes it easy to access client-wide documents, such as signed contracts, without leaving the pet's profile.
