Viewing Online Reservation Appointment History

Appointment History in Kennel Connection lets you review past online reservations, filter by date and other options, and expand entries to see details. You can also check the terms clients agreed to and, depending on your settings, view contracts and answers to questions, helping your team respond to inquiries and keep track of booking details.

1.  From the left-hand menu, look for "Online Reservations".
   

2.  Click "Online Reservations"
   

3.  Click "Appointment History"
   

4.  You will now be presented with all your Online Reservation appointment history.
   

5.  Click the date fields to filter dates. Click the other filter options to filter further.
   

6.  Click magnify glass to filter.
   

7.  Click in the rows to expand the apointment to see details.
   

8.  Click drop down next to optional contract terms to see what client agreed to.
   

Depending on what screens and options you have enabled for your Online Reservation system, there may be other options to view such as contracts and questions.
