Cancelled Appointments and Cancellation Emails

Kennel Connection lets you cancel appointments, display them on the schedule, and print cancellation lists by service module. If confirmation emails are enabled, it also sends cancellation emails with your custom message, helping your team track schedule changes and keep clients informed.

To cancel an appointment, click on the menu, Cancel.

To view cancelled appointments on the schedule, click on Setup, System Options, Global tab and check 'Track cancelled reservations'.

Cancelled appointments show as a gray line with red text on the schedule, like Sissy's appointment below.

You can also print Reports, Lists, Cancelled appointments to get a list of cancelled appointments per module.

If you haveconfirmation emails enabled, KC will also send a cancellation email. You can add your own wording in Setup, Business Info, Email tab.

Scroll down to Cancellation emails and put in your own custom message. You can also copy the company email.
