Dashboard Spins when printing certain reports

Printing certain reports, such as run cards, from the Kennel Connection Dashboard may open a new browser tab and leave the Dashboard showing a spinning icon. Adjusting your browser’s link-opening settings may help prevent this, reducing interruptions so your team can print reports and get back to work.

When printing the run card from the Dashboard, you may notice another tab that opens for the report. The original tab with the Dashboard showing the spinning icon and you need to refresh to get it to load.

This is a function of the browser that is opening a new tab and causing the original tab to spin.
If you use MacBook/Apple products, you may be using Safari as this is a core part of Macs. To stop it from opening a new tab, Go to Settings > Safari > Open Links, then tap "In Background" to stay on the current tab when opening a link.
