Multi-Loc Disabling the client portal and OLR for clients

You can turn off Client Portal and Online Reservations (OLR) access for individual clients by clearing their Active checkbox in Manage Clients. This helps your business control who can book online and direct clients who need staff assistance to contact you for appointments.

Click on Online Reservations, Manage Clients.

Search for the client and uncheck the "active box" - click save changes.
