Multi-Loc OLR Notices

Online Reservation Notices let you display custom information for each location and service, such as vaccine requirements, pickup times, or cancellation policies. You can require clients to check a box acknowledging the notice before continuing their reservation, helping your business communicate expectations clearly and reduce misunderstandings.

Settings are the same for all modules (Boarding, Grooming, Daycare, Special Services).

Notices must be set for each location.

Notices are added for each module under Online Reservations, OLR Setup, module, Customize Pages.

You can add information in box boxes and click on the palette to choose a different color font if desired.

Click the option to require the client to acknowledge your notice if needed.

When making an appointment, after the client chooses which type of appointment (Boarding, Daycare, Grooming) this will be the first screen they’ll see, and they will not be able to continue with the appointment unless they click the box (if you have enabled that feature).
