Waitlist appointments let you keep a separate list of requests when your active schedules are full, with a dedicated waitlist for each location and service. When space opens up, you can move an appointment onto the schedule, helping your business stay organized and fill available spots.

Each location has its own Waitlist schedules.

When making the appointment you can click on the Add to waitlist box before hitting OK to save the appointment. Boarding:

Each module has its own Waitlist.

To move the appointment from the Waitlist onto the schedule, open the appointment and uncheck the Add to waitlist box and hit Save.
