What is the max image size clients can upload through the client portal?

Maximum image size is 15MB or 15,360KB for clients uploading pet photos through their Client Portal page.

Important: Recent model phones take very high resolution images, increasing their size. While they should not be over 15MB, pixel reduction may be necessary in some cases.
