This saves time and helps keep grooming schedules consistent. Creating a new recurring series replaces the pet’s existing recurring appointments, so review the schedule before confirming.

Daycare Quick Check-in lets staff search for pets or scan barcodes to quickly add arrivals, review details, and check in multiple pets at once. Barcode scanning can also create appointments and check pets in directly, helping your team keep drop-offs moving and reduce repetitive work during busy mornings.

Daycare Warnings in Kennel Connection lets you add general pet warnings for all appointments or warnings just for daycare visits. Messages appear on the appointment screen and can be printed in a Pet Warnings report, helping your team stay aware of important pet needs and provide consistent care.

Set daycare rates by room or type for full-day and half-day stays, with separate prices for the second through fifth pets. This helps you manage multi-pet pricing consistently, as long as the pets are booked together in a multi-pet booking and assigned to the same daycare room or type.

View assigned runs directly on the Daycare schedule in Kennel Connection so your team can quickly see where each pet is placed. You can choose which runs are available for daycare, reserve them for appointments, and position the Runs column where it works best for your staff.
