Kennel Connection Cloud lets you update boarding rates for new or existing appointments. Changing the Run Size rate applies to new appointments, while changing the Run rate and selecting Adjust Run Rate updates existing appointments, helping you apply pricing changes where they’re needed.

Boarding Warnings in Kennel Connection highlight important pet information, such as mobility concerns, escape risks, or special housing needs, at the top of boarding appointments. They help staff prepare before check-in, and a Pet Warnings report makes it easy to review boarding-related notes across pets.

Book an overnight boarding stay for one or more pets, choose a run, add a deposit, and save the reservation.

Check out a pet when it goes home, handle early departures and family pets, create the invoice, and undo a check-out.

Departure Services in Kennel Connection lets you add baths, grooming, nail trims, or other services to boarding and daycare appointments, with pricing and assigned employees. Services appear on the Grooming schedule and in care records and reports, helping your team coordinate work before pets go home.

Multi-pet boarding rates in Kennel Connection let you set rates for up to five pets by run size, making it easy to offer discounts to families with multiple pets. These rates apply when pets are booked together in the same run, helping you price shared stays consistently.

Kennel Connection lets you set boarding rates by pet weight, with separate rates for additional pets in the same weight class. This helps you offer flexible pricing for multi-pet families and apply rates consistently without calculating each pet’s charge by hand.

Note the collar, leash, food, bedding, toys and other items a pet arrives with, so they all go home again.

Run Transfer in Kennel Connection lets you move pets to different runs for part or all of their stay from one screen. You can also move pets from the same family together when their appointment dates match, saving time and making boarding space easier to manage.
